ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your items from Emerald Grace and do our best to give our most accurate size description to guide you to your correct size. However, we understand things don't always work out when shopping online.
We have a 14 day return/exchange policy, giving you 14 days to send your item back to use for an exchange or a gift card.
*We do store credit only for returns, no exceptions*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and free of any smells (perfume, smoke, pets) and the tags must be attached.
You are responsible for shipping your item(s) back to us for a return/exchange. We will issue you an Emerald Grace gift card for full product price plus tax (if applicable).

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

IN STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your items from Emerald Grace. We do have a dressing room in our store and would encourage you to use this to try on your items before leaving the store. An item must be returned within 14 days if it does not work for you. The item(s) must have the tags still attached and the item needs to be free of any wear (no stains or pet hair, etc) and free of any smells (perfume, smoke, pets).
Proof of purchase is needed for all in store returns.
*Owner of Emerald Grace has the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
Damages and issues
We inspect every item before putting it out on our sales floor. Sometimes mistakes happen and something can slip by. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item.
If you are aware of a quality issue after the tags have been removed and the item has been worn, please email us the situation so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns on any accessories such as jewelry, bralettes, or leggings.
Stationary items such as notepads, journals, Bibles, Bible Study materials, and gifts are non returnable.
We do not alter prices of items already purchased.
Returns and Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We offer in-store credit for all returns. You will receive an email with an e-gift card with the price of the item. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for shipping costs.
